Hi all!

Fake Laugh's new album 'Dining Alone' is out tomorrow! Ahead of the release, we got Kam and his two bandmates into The state51 Factory to film a couple of the singles from the album. These videos were some of the most enjoyable and creatively challenging we have shot in The state51 Factory. We dressed the set to look like a restaurant - circular tables, red checker cloths, candles and red mood lighting to get everything looking nice and seedy. Our very own Laurence Rumney even cooked a big vat of spaghetti which went immediately cold. Each diner would eat alone, looking a little bit listless, a little bit tragic. The direction from Guy Gotto, videographer extraordinaire, was to ‘look bored’, difficult when listening to this track for sure, but our actors handled it exceptionally: each one a Meryl Streep in the making.
